About
Since 2018, Nate has been a cornerstone of the Fernandina Beach dog community, blending his lifelong passion for animals with extensive hands-on experience. An Army veteran who served in Afghanistan and Iraq, Nate brings discipline, leadership, and unwavering compassion to every dog he trains. His experience spans rehabilitating shelter dogs, serving as a Certified Animal Control Officer, and volunteering to lead the Nassau County 4-H Shelter Dog Training Program for kids—where he inspires the next generation of responsible, caring dog owners.
As a Fernandina Beach native and strong animal advocate, Nate is deeply invested in the well-being of both dogs and their communities. Serving as a Training Evaluator and Trainer locally—and in North Jacksonville—he excels at helping dogs and their owners rebuild trust, develop essential skills, and strengthen their lifelong bond. Nate’s work ensures dogs thrive in their homes, families feel empowered, and the human-canine connection grows stronger every day.
